Namaste! It is both an honor and a responsibility to address you as the Director of CGPBBA. Our organization represents a shared commitment to growth, integrity, and collective progress. CGPBBA has been built on the foundation of trust, cooperation, and a clear vision to serve its members and the wider community with dedication and purpose.

In an ever-evolving environment, strong direction and thoughtful leadership are essential. At CGPBBA, our focus is not only on managing the present but also on shaping a sustainable and progressive future. We believe that meaningful development comes from clear goals, disciplined execution, and the ability to adapt while staying true to our core values.

In rural life, we learn early the value of hard work, patience, and resilience. Days begin before sunrise, and responsibilities come before comfort. Yet, despite the challenges, villages nurture strong values—honesty, unity, respect, and the belief that effort never goes to waste. These values shaped my thinking and continue to guide my leadership at CGPBBA.

As Director, my mission is to ensure that no village youth feels left behind due to lack of opportunity. Every young person deserves access to growth, mentorship, and a fair chance to succeed. We strive to create pathways that transform challenges into stepping stones and turn dreams into achievable goals.

CGPBBA stands for empowerment through opportunity.
